Minority Business Round Table –LSC was selected as the Project Director to develop a Minority Business Round Table, and worked directly for the Joint Center of Political and Economic Studies in a White House initiative led by the U. S. Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency. LSC had the responsibility of leading the Round Table development and providing staff support. Development tasks included designing and conducting a national survey, preparing corporate biographical research and analysis, marketing and recruiting, business and financing plan drafting.
 
 
Certifications –On behalf of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Project, LSC provided technical assistance to contractors in completing Maryland Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Minority Business Enterprise certifications.
