L.S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. (LSC) was retained to plan an event to host a select number of Business and Trade Associations to discuss opportunities in contract work for the sustainable energy field. LSC’s vast knowledge, experience and involvement with small businesses, trade associations and other organizations, generated a generous participation rate.
Ameresco delivers comprehensive energy management solutions on both sides of the meter that drive energy efficiency, leverage renewable energy and achieve profitability and sustainability goals for our commercial, industrial, institutional and municipal customers.

LSC was specifically charged with:
- Conducting outreach effort through phone calls, emails, and mailing blasts.
- Managing pre-registration.
- Arranging seating and created floor plan.
- Teaming up with local vendors to provide food and refreshments for the breakfast.
- Conducting a participant survey before and after the event to provide client analytical data to assist with future event planning.
