CBE/SBE Contracting Opportunity Event – Completed
L. S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc (LSC) was contracted to provide procurement support, including development and implementation of a plan for meeting project contractor CBE/SBE goals. LSC provided Project Management services for outreach, developing and implementing a Community Outreach plan to schedule and confirm interviews for potential DC based CBE/SBEs interested in contracting opportunities.

LSC was specifically charged with:
- With Client input and approval, designed a strategic plan for confirming CBE/SBE interviews.
- Providing research for database management and other marketing technical/administrative support.
- Attending outreach meetings as needed to support the identification of interested CBE/SBEs.
- Researching, identifing and contacting CBE/SBEs to register for the contracting opportunity Event.
- Being responsible for confirming CBE/SBE interview schedules by forwarding candidates follow-up registration emails.
- Overseeing on-site registration and Event coordination.
- Developing and assembled CBE/SBE profile notebooks.
- Creating all on-site signage and registration documentation.
- Providing client with a follow-up report, outlining all deliverables and statistics for the Event.
